Privacy Policy

Effective August 18, 2026 · Suprihub LLC

This page also includes our Data Policy and Terms & Conditions below.

Suprihub LLC ("Suprihub," "we," "us," or "our") operates an AI-assisted freight dispatch platform, including the Suprihub Driver Dashboard, that helps independent owner-operators and small motor carriers ("Carriers," "Drivers," "you") find, evaluate, book, and get paid for freight loads. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the choices and rights you have. It applies to the Suprihub Driver Dashboard and to the dispatch operations we perform on your behalf.

The short version: we collect the information we genuinely need to run your dispatch operations - find you loads, verify your carrier authority and insurance, communicate with you and brokers, and get you paid. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, we do not use it for purposes unrelated to operating your dispatch service, and we do not ask for personal information beyond what your day-to-day dispatch operations actually require.

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Suprihub LLC is a freight dispatch service. We act on behalf of Carriers to search load boards, evaluate and negotiate freight rates, communicate with freight brokers, track deliveries, and prepare invoices - all under the Carrier's own DOT/MC operating authority. We are not a motor carrier and do not take possession of freight; we are not a freight broker and do not buy or sell freight capacity for our own account. Our relationship to your data is that of a service provider acting on your instructions and on your behalf, not an independent party using your data for our own separate purposes.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information in three ways: information you give us directly, information generated by using the platform, and information we receive from third parties in the course of providing the service.

2.1 Information you provide directly

CategoryExamples
Account & contact informationFull name, email address, phone number, password (stored only as an irreversible cryptographic hash - we never store or can view your plaintext password)
Business / carrier informationCarrier type (owner-operator or company driver), home base city and state, areas of operation, minimum acceptable rate, whether you use invoice factoring
Regulatory identifiersUSDOT number and MC (Motor Carrier) number - both public federal identifiers we use solely to verify your operating authority
Onboarding & compliance documentsCertificate of Insurance, IRS Form W-9 (which contains your legal name, entity type, and Taxpayer Identification Number - SSN or EIN), MC Authority certificate, DOT Authority document, and a Notice of Assignment if you factor your invoices
Load & delivery paperworkProof of delivery, bills of lading, rate confirmations, and any other documents you upload in connection with a specific load
Equipment informationTruck unit number, equipment type, length, weight capacity, and trailer details
CommunicationsMessages you send us or brokers through the platform's WhatsApp-based communication channel, and any notes you or your dispatcher record about how you like to work

2.2 Information generated by using the platform

2.3 Information from third parties

Where you provide a DOT or MC number, we check it against the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration's (FMCSA) public carrier registry to confirm your authority is active and in good standing. This is the same public lookup available to anyone at the FMCSA's SAFER website.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for the purposes that are reasonably necessary to operate your dispatch service and this platform:

We do not use your personal information for advertising, do not build advertising profiles about you, and do not ask for personal information that is not reasonably related to running your dispatch operations. If a feature would require collecting something beyond this, we will tell you clearly what it is and why before you provide it.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent, trade, or otherwise disclose it to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We share information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 With freight brokers, on your instruction

When you accept a load, we share the information a broker reasonably needs to move that specific shipment with you - your name, phone number, truck details, and delivery status updates. This is the same information you would give a broker directly if you called them yourself; we are simply doing it on your behalf.

4.2 With service providers who help us operate the platform

These providers only receive the information needed to perform their specific function, and are contractually restricted from using it for any other purpose:

ProviderWhat they doWhat they receive
Stripe, Inc.Subscription billing and payment processingYour billing name/email and payment method - handled entirely on Stripe's own PCI-compliant infrastructure, never on ours
OpenAI, L.L.C.Powers the AI Inbox auto-reply, AI Financial Coach, AI Freight Manager, and AI Negotiation Agent narration featuresThe specific load, revenue, or message context needed to generate that one response - not your full profile, and not used by OpenAI to train their models under our agreement with them
Meta Platforms, Inc. (WhatsApp Business Platform)Delivers the in-app AI Inbox messaging channel, once activatedMessage content and your phone number, solely to deliver and receive your messages
Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA)Public carrier-authority verificationYour DOT/MC number only - both public regulatory identifiers
Email & SMS/communication delivery providersDelivers account and operational emails/messagesYour email address/phone number and the content of that specific message
Cloud hosting infrastructureHosts our application and databaseAll data stored in the platform, encrypted and access-controlled as described in Section 7

4.3 For legal reasons

We may disclose information if required to do so by law, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request.

4.4 Business transfers

If Suprihub is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

5. AI-Assisted Features and Your Data

Suprihub's platform uses several AI agents to assist dispatch operations - scoring load profitability, assessing broker risk, drafting broker communications, narrating negotiation strategy, and answering routine questions in the AI Inbox. These agents work from the operational data already described above (load details, revenue history, message content) to produce a recommendation, a draft message, or an answer. A human dispatcher remains responsible for load-booking and financial decisions; AI output is a decision-support tool, not an automated decision made about you without human involvement.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy:

7. How We Protect Your Information

No system can guarantee perfect security. If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and any relevant regulators as required by applicable law.

8. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have some or all of the following rights regarding your personal information. We honor these rights for all Suprihub users, regardless of location:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at dispatch@suprihub.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and verify your identity before fulfilling a request.

9. Children's Privacy

Suprihub is a business-to-business commercial dispatch service intended for licensed commercial drivers and carrier businesses. It is not directed at, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18.

10. International Data Transfers

Suprihub's infrastructure and personal information are hosted and processed in the United States. If you access the platform from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will post the updated policy here with a new effective date, and where a change is material, we will provide additional notice (such as an email or an in-app notice).

12. Contact Us

If you have questions about this Privacy Policy or how we handle your information, contact us at dispatch@suprihub.com.

Data Policy

Effective August 18, 2026 · Suprihub LLC

This Data Policy explains, in operational detail, how Suprihub LLC ("Suprihub," "we," "us") processes the data of the Carriers and Drivers ("you") who use the Suprihub Driver Dashboard and the dispatch services built on it. It sits alongside our Privacy Policy above, which explains your rights; this document explains our internal principles and practices for handling your data day to day.

1. Our Governing Principle: Purpose Limitation

Suprihub acts as your dispatch service, operating under your own DOT/MC authority. Every piece of data we ask for exists to perform a specific operational task on your behalf - finding a load, verifying you're authorized and insured to run it, communicating with the broker moving it, or getting you paid for it. We follow three non-negotiable rules:

  1. We only collect what a genuine operational need requires. We do not ask for personal information "just in case" or because it might be useful someday - if a field on a form asks for information, it is because a specific feature in this platform actually uses it.
  2. We only use data for the purpose it was collected for. Your insurance certificate is used to verify coverage minimums, not repurposed for anything else. Your revenue history is used to run your Financial Coach insights, not shared or used for any other purpose.
  3. We never sell your data, and we never will. Nothing in our business model depends on monetizing your personal information to a third party, and no future feature will change that without a plainly-worded update to this policy and your explicit consent first.

2. Data Classification

We classify data handled by the platform into four categories, each handled with a level of care proportional to its sensitivity:

CategoryExamplesHandling
Sensitive personal & financial dataTaxpayer ID (SSN/EIN) on your W-9, payment/subscription records, password hashHighest protection - never exposed in any unauthenticated view of the platform; payment data never touches our own servers at all (handled by Stripe directly)
Regulated compliance dataInsurance certificates, DOT/MC authority, DOT/MC numbersRetained per federal record-keeping requirements; used solely for carrier verification and load eligibility
Operational dataLoad history, revenue figures, delivery status, truck/equipment specsUsed to run the dispatch service and generate your own dashboards and reports; visible to you and to Suprihub staff supporting your account
Communication contentWhatsApp messages, broker correspondence drafted on your behalfUsed only to carry out the specific communication it relates to

3. How Data Moves Through the Platform

A typical load's data lifecycle looks like this:

  1. Discovery - our Load Discovery agent searches load board sources for freight matching your truck's equipment type and location. No personal information about you is sent to load board sources at this stage - it is a one-way search.
  2. Scoring & negotiation - the load is scored for profitability and broker risk using our own historical data and, where configured, real-time market and weather-alert data (state-level only - no personal information is sent to weather or market data sources).
  3. Booking - once you accept a load, your name, phone, and truck details are shared with the broker handling that shipment, exactly as they would be if you called the broker yourself.
  4. Tracking - delivery stage and approximate location are recorded so your dispatcher can keep the broker updated and respond quickly if something goes wrong on the road.
  5. Delivery & invoicing - proof of delivery is collected, an invoice is prepared and sent to the broker, and payment is tracked through to your revenue dashboard.
  6. Retention - the completed load's financial records are retained per Section 5 below; nothing about it is used for any purpose beyond your own dispatch history and required record-keeping.

4. Sub-processors

We use a small, deliberately limited set of sub-processors, each performing one specific function and bound by contract to use your data only for that function:

Sub-processorFunctionData category involved
Stripe, Inc.Subscription billing, payment processingSensitive personal & financial data
OpenAI, L.L.C.AI Inbox, AI Financial Coach, AI Freight Manager, AI Negotiation narrationOperational data, communication content
Meta Platforms, Inc.WhatsApp Business Platform messaging (once activated)Communication content
FMCSA (federal government)Public carrier-authority verificationRegulated compliance data (DOT/MC number only)
Email/communication delivery providersTransactional email and messaging deliveryOperational data, communication content
Cloud infrastructure providerApplication and database hosting (United States)All categories, encrypted at rest and in transit

We do not use sub-processors to build advertising profiles, and we do not permit any sub-processor to sell or repurpose your data for their own use.

5. Retention Schedule

Data typeRetention approach
Account profileDuration of active account, plus a limited period after closure for account-recovery purposes
Tax documents (W-9) & financial/invoice recordsRetained per applicable federal tax record-keeping requirements, independent of account status
Insurance & authority documentsRetained for the period required by applicable transportation record-keeping regulations
Load & delivery historyRetained as part of your operational and financial history for as long as needed to support your account, reporting, and applicable legal obligations
Communication logsRetained for a reasonable operational period to support dispute resolution and service quality, then deleted or archived

Where a specific retention period is not fixed by law, we retain data only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected for, and delete or de-identify it thereafter.

6. Security Architecture

7. Your Ability to Control Your Data

Terms & Conditions

Effective August 18, 2026 · Suprihub LLC

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Suprihub Driver Dashboard and the dispatch services provided by Suprihub LLC ("Suprihub," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the platform, you ("Carrier," "Driver," "you") agree to these Terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of a carrier business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Suprihub is a freight dispatch service. We search load boards, evaluate load profitability and broker risk, negotiate freight rates, communicate with brokers, track deliveries, and prepare invoices - all performed on your behalf and under your own USDOT/MC operating authority. Several of these functions are assisted by AI tools described in Section 5.

Suprihub is not a motor carrier and does not take possession of, transport, or assume carrier liability for any freight. Suprihub is not a freight broker and does not buy or sell transportation capacity for its own account. We are a dispatch service acting as your agent; you remain the carrier of record and legally responsible for the safe and lawful transportation of any load you accept.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. AI-Assisted Features

The platform includes AI-assisted tools - load scoring, broker risk assessment, negotiation offer ladders, draft broker communications, and an AI Inbox that can respond to routine messages automatically. These tools are provided as decision-support to help you and your dispatcher work faster; they are advisory in nature. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any load acceptance, negotiated rate, or communication before it is treated as final, and Suprihub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any AI-generated recommendation.

6. Your Data and Documents

You retain ownership of the documents and information you upload to the platform (insurance certificates, tax forms, load paperwork, and similar records). You grant Suprihub a limited license to use, store, and process that information solely to provide the dispatch services described in these Terms and our Data Policy. See our Privacy Policy above for how we handle personal information.

7. Fees, Invoicing, and Payment From Brokers

Suprihub prepares and sends invoices to brokers on your behalf and charges a dispatch fee (disclosed to you at onboarding) on booked loads. Suprihub is not a factoring company or a guarantor of broker payment; if a broker fails to pay an invoice, that is a matter between you and the broker, and Suprihub's collections features are provided to help you pursue payment, not as a guarantee that it will be collected.

8. Disclaimers

The platform, including all load data, market rates, and AI-generated recommendations, is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Suprihub does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or profitability of any load, rate, or broker information sourced from third-party load boards. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal, tax, insurance, or safety-compliance advice; you should consult a qualified professional for matters specific to your business.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Suprihub and its officers, employees, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the platform or any load booked through it. Suprihub's total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the platform will not exceed the amount you paid us in subscription fees in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Suprihub harmless from any claim, loss, or liability (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or regulation, or your provision of inaccurate information to Suprihub or to a broker through the platform.

11. Termination

You may stop using the platform and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if your carrier authority is revoked or lapses, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ends immediately; provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 6, 8, 9, 10, and 13) will survive.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms here with a new effective date, and where a change is material, we will provide additional notice. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Washington State, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
